Any three classes on the schedule, and one of them can be Reformer Pilates. Over 70 classes a week to choose from: TRX, hot yoga, heated strength, mat Pilates and the Morning Method.
A sauna session on every visit, the same day as your class. Open sauna, cold plunge and contrast.
A drink from Palm Greens after class, and towels are on us.

Join on six or twelve months within 21 days of buying your intro and we will take the £49 off your first month.
Membership is £149 a month on twelve months, £165 on six, or £199 rolling. Over 70 classes a week, a sauna session with every one of them, unlimited sauna, cold plunge and contrast, and towels included.
