Two memberships, both with a sauna session in every class. Unlimited Sanctuary is £149 a month on a 12-month membership — our best rate and the one most members take. Six-month and rolling monthly terms are also available. Students and E1 or E2 residents pay the 12-month rate on a rolling plan, with valid ID or proof of address.

Unlimited Sauna

Deeper sleep, and a body that recovers faster. Over 60 sauna sessions a week, plus cold plunge and contrast whenever the doors are open. Fitness classes are not part of this one. Six months is £110 a month, twelve is £99.

  • Yes, we offer full venue buyouts for private events, brand activations and corporate wellness days. Get in touch with our events team for availability and tailored pricing.

  • Yes. Palm Greens, our in-house plant-based kitchen, caters events of every size, from canapé receptions and working lunches to seated dinners, with bespoke seasonal menus and alcohol-free drinks. Tell us about your event and we will build a menu around it.

  • Every membership includes guest passes: Unlimited Sanctuary has 5 a renewal and Unlimited Sauna has 2. Beyond those, you can bring a guest at the day rate any time. Guests check in at reception and get full access to the facilities for that session.

  • Our health café caters for a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free and allergen-conscious options. Menus are labelled clearly and our team are happy to help with any specific needs. 

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking through the app or by contacting us directly. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee in line with your membership terms.

  • As soon as a session appears on the schedule you can book it, through the app or the website. Popular classes and guided saunas fill fast, so book early in the week.

  • Grip socks for Reformer Pilates, trainers for strength and conditioning, swimwear and a towel for the sauna and cold plunge. Bring a water bottle; you can refill on site.

  • Towels are free for members. Lockers are available on site and lock without a padlock, so there is nothing extra to bring.

  • Message us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can, but once a class is underway your spot may be released. Arriving ten minutes early always helps, especially for Reformer.

  • Yes, memberships can be paused by arrangement. Speak to the team at the front desk or drop us a message and we will sort the right option for you.

  • Yes to both. Unlimited Sauna includes 2 guest passes a renewal and Unlimited Sanctuary includes 5, and members can bring a guest at the day rate any time. Our referral scheme rewards you for bringing friends in; ask the team for the current offer.

  • Moving between heat and cold supports muscle recovery, eases stress, lifts your mood and builds resilience over time. Start gently, listen to your body and build up session by session. Our guided saunas are the easiest way in.

  • Check in at reception when you arrive and the team will point you to your class or the sauna. Guests check in with you. Booked on the app? Your place is already held.

  • Absolutely. Book a tour on WhatsApp and one of the team will walk you through the sauna, the studios and the café.

  • Yes. The Sanctuary is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific access requirements, message us on WhatsApp before your visit and we will make sure everything is ready for you.

  • Yes. Every class you take, on a membership, a pack, a drop-in or the intro, comes with a sauna session on the same visit: open sauna, cold plunge and contrast.

  • Yes. Students pay the 12-month rate on a rolling plan, with a valid student ID: £149 a month for Unlimited Sanctuary, £99 for Unlimited Sauna, no commitment. It does not stack with other offers.
