Yes. Palm Greens, our in-house plant-based kitchen, caters events of every size, from canapé receptions and working lunches to seated dinners, with bespoke seasonal menus and alcohol-free drinks. Tell us about your event and we will build a menu around it.

Members can bring one guest per visit at the day-rate. Guests get full access to the facilities for that session. Just let the team know when you arrive.

Our health café caters for a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free and allergen-conscious options. Menus are labelled clearly and our team are happy to help with any specific needs.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking through the app or by contacting us directly. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee in line with your membership terms.

As soon as a session appears on the schedule you can book it, through the app or the website. Popular classes and guided saunas fill fast, so book early in the week.

Grip socks for Reformer Pilates, trainers for strength and conditioning, swimwear and a towel for the sauna and cold plunge. Bring a water bottle; you can refill on site.

Towels are free for members. Lockers are available on site and lock without a padlock, so there is nothing extra to bring.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can, but once a class is underway your spot may be released. Arriving ten minutes early always helps, especially for Reformer.

Yes to both. Unlimited Sauna includes 2 guest passes a month and Unlimited Premium includes 5, and members can bring a guest at the day rate any time. Our referral scheme rewards you for bringing friends in; ask the team for the current offer.

Check in at reception when you arrive and the team will point you to your class or the sauna. Guests check in with you. Booked on the app? Your place is already held.
