Membership rules

These rules keep the Sanctuary running smoothly for everyone and form part of your membership agreement. If anything is unclear, ask the team at the front desk, message us on WhatsApp, or email [email protected].

Bookings. All classes, guided sauna sessions and recovery slots are booked through Momence, via the app or the website schedule. Book ahead for popular sessions; drop in when space allows.

Cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking through the app or by contacting us directly. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee in line with your membership terms.

Membership terms. Monthly rolling memberships require one month's notice to cancel. Six-month memberships run for the full committed term at the reduced monthly rate.

Guests. Members can bring one guest per visit at the day rate, and selected tiers include monthly guest passes. Guests check in at reception and have full access to the facilities for that session.

What to bring and wear. Towels are provided for members. Lockers are available on site. Bring a water bottle; grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates and trainers for strength and conditioning classes. Swimwear is required in the sauna and cold plunge.

Sauna and cold plunge. Follow the team's guidance in The Sensorium at all times. If you are pregnant or have a heart or circulation condition, please check with your doctor before using heat and cold therapy.

Pausing your membership. Memberships can be paused by arrangement. Speak to the team and we will find the right option for you.

Respect the space. The Sanctuary is a shared home. Arrive in good time for sessions, keep phones out of the sauna and treat members, guests and the team with warmth and respect.
