Join Jamie for Numinous — his immersive breathwork experience on 18th July. Together, we’ll be exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork to tap into an altered state of consciousness that can be incredibly profound, healing and bring a deep sense of connection to yourself and others.
Numinous: describing an experience that makes you feel fearful yet fascinated, awed yet attracted — the powerful, personal feeling of being overwhelmed and inspired.
We’ll be together from 3pm to 6pm, sharing our intentions, sharing the experience with the breath, and closing at the end with another share to bring the group together and round off the experience.
