Begin with conscious connected breathwork in the Soul space and a sauna rave in the Sensorium. From 9:15pm the Soul space becomes a party floor with a live DJ and the Zenos Health 360 video booth.
The Heart Studio becomes the Red Light Chillout Zone with Solis and Vivobarefoot: myofascial release, drop-in meditation and space to land. The Functional Bar pours adaptogen mocktails all night.
