Thursday and the Sanctuary bring back the straight singles sauna rave: a full-sensory sweat rave where pounding beats, rolling steam and ice-cold plunges collide.
Inside the sauna the heat is tuned for movement, connection, dancing and total release. Expect sweaty sauna dance sessions, deep hypnotic house, ice baths and cold plunges, mist showers to reset, and a room full of beautiful singles. Rolling solo? Perfect. So are 40% of the guests.
Barefoot or indoor flip-flops only, bring a water bottle, shower before the cold plunge, remove jewellery before entering, and keep phones out of the sauna. Respect personal space and everyone's comfort.
