Nicholas Policarpio, creator of The Artist of Love - a school for relational education and conscious relationships - returns to &Soul Sanctuary as part of an ongoing series of immersive workshops.
Drawing from this The Artist of Love methodology, as well as ancient practices such as Tantra, Tao and Biodanza, this workshop offers a grounded and experiential approach to conscious intimacy.
Through teachings and a series of individual and partnered somatic practices, we will explore:
* Recognising the masculine and feminine within you: structure and flow, presence and expression and how they show up in connection
* Simple polarity exercises exploring leading and surrendering
* Recognising when to give, and when to receive - and allowing both.
The space is held with safety, consent and choice. Whether in couple or alone, this workshops invites you into greater presence, deeper truth, and fuller aliveness. No previous experience needed.
