The work (60 mins): guided self-lymphatic drainage and acupressure. The heat (60 mins):sauna and cold plunge straight after — hands first, then heat, then cold.
Come ready: a small bottle of oil or cream, a loose top with easy access to the collarbones (no tight bras), loose trousers, short nails (or an acupressure pen) and swimwear for the sauna.
