Ever raved in a sauna? Probably not, but it is about time you did. The Sauna Rave is a Friday night where heat meets heartbeat. Inside our custom built sauna the temperature is tuned for movement, not meltdown, for you and for the decks.
Flow between waves of sound and steam, then plunge into the ice baths or mist showers for the full fire and ice dance. On the decks this week: Malou Coindreau.
Sauna guidelines: indoor flip flops or barefoot only. Bring a water bottle to fill from our taps. Shower before the cold plunge. Respect personal space. Topless by choice, and please respect everyone’s boundaries. Remove jewellery and metal items, they heat up and can burn. The sauna is a phone free zone.
